IntroductionButtery Rolls Buttery Rolls
! stick butter or margarine, melted
1 cup sour cream (may use low fat)
2 cups self rising flour (may substitute Bisqick)
Mix melted butter and sour cream until well blended. Add flour, mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls into mini-muffin tins, bake at 400 F until lightly browned on top (approx. 15 minutes). May use regular muffin tins, bake a few minutes longer.
Serve with jam/jelly/honey.
