6 Cups Shredded green cabbage
1 Medium size onion chopped fine
4 cloves fresh garlic finely chopped
1/4 cup apple cider or red wine vinegar
3 Table Spoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Dill Weed
1/4 cup water
I like to choose a plastic container that has a top, so I can shake the ingredients together.
