Souffle of pumpkin with sesame

Introduction

Very light dish, and amazing sesame-curry flavor. Very light dish, and amazing sesame-curry flavor.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    * Pumpkin, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt, 2 cup, mashed
    * Tahini, 2 tbsp
    * Egg, fresh, 2 medium
    * Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp
    * Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Curry powder, 1 tsp
    * Rice flour, white, 2 tbsp

Directions

* Boil the pumpkin without the seeds, and remove the flesh.
* Preheat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas 5.
* Mix all ingredients in your blender.
* Pour them in 6 small ramekins, and add some sesame seeds on the top.
* Place the ramekins in a large dish filled with a drop of water.
* Cook for 20-30 minutes.
* Serve right away.
