Introduction

Ingredients

    4 medium ripe tomatoes (quartered)
    1 medium onion (cut in chunks)
    8 sprigs cilantro (or parsley)
    4 cloves of garlic or minced garlic
    1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
    Juice of 2 limes
    Pablano Pepper to taste (nutrition calculated for 1/2 cup diced)

Directions

Put all ingredients in food processor. Process to desired consistency.
