Introduction

Ingredients

    2 egg whites
    1/2 cup of cornmeal
    1/4 cup of all purpose flour
    2 tsp of baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 splendas
    1 cup of water
    1/4 cup of oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 359 degrees
Mix together all ingredents
Spray pan with cooking spray
Bake for appx. 30 minutes or until desired golden color
