Shake and BAke Chicken- low carb

Introduction

Simple tasty chicken tenders . Can be used to make Chicken Parm. as well. Simple tasty chicken tenders . Can be used to make Chicken Parm. as well.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 boneless skinless chicken breast - each cut in 1/2 to make tenders
    3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
    3 tablespoons Almond Flour
    Black pepper
    Garlic powder
    Onion powder
    2-3 tbsp olive oil

Directions

preheat oven to 400.
Spray cookie sheet or place aluminum foil in pan and spray
place egg in one sm bowl and mix well
2nd bowl will have dry ingredients mix well
Cut chicken breast in half to make 8 pieces
dip in egg then into the dry breading mix turn once in dry ingredients
Spread olive oil over cookie sheet than add chicken tenders spread apart.
Cook for 25-30 min. depending on size of breast
Turn once 1/2 through baking.
Will be brown and crisp breading but moist chicken.... enjoy
