Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    16 sheets of Phyllo Dough
    8 Smart Dogs
    1 cup Cabot 50% Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    4 tsp of yellow mustard (or to tatse

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 F

Line a baking sheet with foil & spray with cooking spray.

Have everything out & measured, as the phllo dough will dry & crack quickly.

Messy to eat, but tastes good

Lay two sheets of Phyllo dough for each dog on a flat work surface.

Place smart dog about 4 inches from the edge (parallel to short edge)

Top with 2 TBS of cheese & 1/2 tsp of yellow mustard.

Roll for a couple of turns & then fold edges over the ends of the smart dog. (like burrito) And roll tightly.

Place seam side down & bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown.

Makes 8 servings
