Ingredients

    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 0.50 tsp (remove)
Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 plum tomato (remove)
    Beans, black, 1.75 cup (remove)
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
Low fat cream cheese, 0.12 cup (remove)
Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup (remove)
Ranch Style Brand Beans, 1.50 cup (remove)

Just add each whole can of the beans and broth. I chop the carrots in about 2 inch pieces and chop the tomatoes in large chunks. It's so easy!!!

Directions

Line pot with small amount of spray oil or olive oil. Add turkey. I just add the whole chunk frozen and break it up while it's cooking. Add the cans of beans and broth. Add chopped vegetables. Cook on high about 5-6 hours. Stir in cream cheese before serving. 1 cup will keep you full for a long time!! The Cream Cheese is optional.

  • This was delicious! I added some additional veggies I needed to use up, mushrooms and a little cabbage. I didn't have any ranch style beans so I added onion. Great dinner on a cool day! - 9/15/10
