Introduction

Ingredients

    Carrots, cooked, 2 cup slices
    Brown Sugar, 4 tsp packed
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp

Directions

Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees, covered in foil, until they are knife tender. (Knife slides through the carrot with no resistance)
