Introduction

A reduced fat version of the Williams Sonoma Margarita Pie. A reduced fat version of the Williams Sonoma Margarita Pie.

Ingredients

    1 Keebler Ready Crust Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Crust
    Borden Eagle Brand Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk, 1 can
    Margaritaville Margarita Mix, 3/4 cup (6 oz)
    Egg Yolk, 3 large

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix condensed milk, margarita mix, and egg yolks, then pour into pie crust and bake for 22 to 28 minutes.


Garnish with lime slices and whipped cream, if desired. Makes 8 servings.
