Morning Smoothie

Introduction

I normally have this when I come back from working out. I normally have this when I come back from working out.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup Frozen or fresh strawberries (or any fruit for that matter)
    1 6 oz Yoplait Light Blueberry Yougurt
    1.5 Tbsp of ground flax seed
    1 Kiwi (again any fruit you have on hand)
    1/4 cup of juice
    1/2 scoop of Whey protein (mixed berry)
    1/2 cup of ice

Directions

Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend.

In place of juice you can use milk or water. I use whatever I have to liquify a little. You can also use whatever fruit you have on hand. I like to mix frozen and fresh.

Makes 2 cups.
