Ingredients

    16 oz. bag Green Split Peas
    1 C. Rice Select Royal Blend Whole Grain TexMati Brown & Wild Rice with Soft Wheat & Rye Berries
    1 onion, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    1 T. Curry powder
    .5 t, Cloves, ground
    2 t. Salt
    1 T. Olive Oil
    12 C. WATER

Directions

Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low until peas and rice a cooked---about one hour. Makes 8 one cup servings
