Bake Stuffed Pepper

Ingredients

    Ground Turkey, 1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw (remove)
    brown rice (1 cup cooked), 2 serving (remove)
    Hunts Tomato Sauce (15oz)20, 7 serving (remove)
    Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 2 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, .125 cup, chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 4 cup, strips (remove)

Directions

Combin mat and onions cook til done. Cook rice completely. Add rice to meat mixture and add the tomato sauce. Mix until everything is combined completely. Slice peppers and layer a 9x13 baking dish. Pour mixture on top of peppers and spread out evenly. Bake for 15- 20 minutes. For the last 5min or so add the cheese topping and finish cooking.
