4 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into tenders
2 eggs, beaten
15 ritz crackers, crushed
1 tsp chipotle pepper powder
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tsp season salt
Place crumbs in bowl.
In another bowl, beat 2 eggs.
Dip chicken strips into egg and then into crumbs.
Place coated chicken on baking sheet sprayed with Pam.
Bake for 15 minutes on each side until chicken is no longer pink.
Serve with your favorite sauce.
