Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

    1 10-oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 15-oz container part-skim ricotta cheese
    6 oz feta cheese, crumbled
    4 egg whites
    1 tsp dried basil
    1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat a 13 X 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, ricotta, feta, egg whites, basil and lemon pepper. Pour mixture into prepared pan.

Bake for 1 hour or until the casserole is set and lightly browned around the edges.

Makes 6 Servings.
