Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    *8 oz. cooked chicken breast, bone and skin removed
    *4 oz. dry penne pasta (can also use regular or tri-color rotini, or really anything else you like)
    *1/2 cup chopped fresh or frozen broccoli
    *1/2 fresh Roma tomato
    *2 Tbs. Kraft Caesar Vinaigrette w/ Parmesan dressing

Directions

Bring water to a boil on stovetop; add pasta and cook until done. Meanwhile steam broccoli until just softened. Chop chicken and tomato.

Rinse cooked pasta with cold water and drain well. Place all ingredients in a large bowl, and toss to coat everything with dressing. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.

Makes 2 large servings or 4 side dish servings. (Nutrition calculated for 4 servings.)
