Garlic Pork Chops with Texmati Rice

Ingredients

    1 cup Texmati or basmati rice
    1.75 tbsp all purpose flour
    1.75 tsp paprika
    .75 tsp garlic powder
    .75 tsp ground corriander
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp coarsley ground black pepper
    3 boneless center cut pork loin chops
    1.75 tbsp butter
    2.25 garlic cloves minced
    1/2 cup fat free reduced sodium chicken brother
    .75 tbsp red wine vinegar

Directions

1) Cook the rice according to package directions.
2) Meanwhile, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, coriander, sat, and pepper in a bowl; coat both sides of the pork chops with the mixture.
3) Melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. add the chops and cook 4 minutes. Turn the chops over and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3 minutes longer; transfer to a plate. To the skillet, add the garlic, brother, and vinegar; bring to a boil and cook 3-4 minutes (the volume of liquid in the pan will be reduced to between 1/4 cup and 1/3 cup. Return the chops to the pan and cook 2 minutes, turning once, to heat through. Serve with the rice.
