Chicken and Straw

Ingredients

    2 Chicken Breasts, boneless skinless
    1/4 C onion, minced
    1/2 t Mrs Dash w/ Lemon
    3/4 t garlic powder
    2 cans mushrooms, drained
    1 bag Broccoli slaw
    water

Directions

Place breasts one at a time in gallon bag and pound flat. This decreases cooking time and fools the eye into thinking you have more on your plate. The calorie count may be seem very low on this dish, but because of all the fiber in the broccoli you will feel full a long time.

Place breasts in large skillet on med high, cover. Cook for 5 min on first side. Turn, add remaining ingredients and recover. If chicken tries to stick add just a bit (2-3 T) of water. Cook 5-8 min until chicken is done through and broccoli is tender crisp. This makes 2 very generous servings. Add a nice rustic bread on the side and you are good to go!
