4 Large Plantains
1 tsp vegetable margarine
1/4 cup of raisins
1 cup of Splenda
1/4 cup soy milk (any non dairy milk will do)
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon allspice
Remove from heat and enjoy. Best served either hot or cold. Goes well with a non-dairy yogurt or ice cream.
