Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 2 oz , chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Broccoli, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    Red onions, raw, 2 slice, medium

Directions

Warm olive or canola oil in sautee pan
Add minced garlice and chopped meat (strips)
Brown meat
Add veggies when meat is almost done
Cook until veggies are warm but crunchy
Add salt to taste, serve
