Katrin's Oily Ceasar salad

Introduction

Yummiest of ceasars... especially with some prawns or chicken breast :-) But veryone's got individual taste so you'll most likely want to tweak the ingredients a bit to your liking. You can add lemon juice as well for a little more tang! Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Romaine Lettuce
    Olive Oil (I tend to use light tasting oil)
    Ground mustard
    Worcestershire sauce
    salt
    Pepper
    Garlic
    Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Cut or shred your lettuce and put in bowl. Add parmesan cheese to the lettuce. In a measuring cup add oil, worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well then add garlic. Pour into lettuce bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Makes 8 1 cup servings (but I usually eat at least 2!!)
