2.½ Tbsp. Olive Oil
½ Tbsp. Sesame Oil
12 oz. Beef, top sirloin, thinly sliced
4 minced Garlic cloves
1 Tbsp minced Ginger Root
½ cup sliced Shallots
4 cups Broccoli
3 stlks celery
3 Tbsp Light Soy sauce
2 ½ Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
Add Garlic, Ginger and Shallots, stir-frying for 2 minutes.
Then add Broccoli and Celery, stir-frying for another 2 minutes.
Finally add Soy and Hoisin sauces, for additional 2 minutes or until Broccoli is tender yet crisp.
