3oz frozen, pre-cooked, grilled chicken breast
1 Tbsp Texas Pete hot sauce (or favorite hot sauce)
1 pat unsalted butter
1 Low Carb, Whole Wheat Tortilla
1/2 c shredded lettuce
1/2 roma tomato, diced
1/4 bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 Tbsp Ranch Dressing
Layer tortilla, lettuce, tomato, and bell pepper. Top with chicken and desired amount of sauce. Drizzle with ranch. Roll-up and eat.
