Black Bean Soup

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can Rosarita Black Beans, undrained
    1 can Bush's Best refried beans
    1 onion, chopped
    1 TB olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
    1 can rotel with cliantro and lime
    1 TB Better than Broth, chicken soup base
    1 cup water
    1 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp ground oregano
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    salt to taste

Directions

Saute onion in olive oil until softened, add garlic, stir, cook until fragrant. Add dried spices and cook an addtional minute. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes to let flavors blend.
