Orange Chicken

Introduction

One of these days when I have time, I'll figure out how to make a delicious orange sauce from scratch. For now, I just use Panda Express Orange Sauce we got from Costco. Veggies can be anything you have on hand. The ones in the recipe list are just what I had in my fridge at the time. I like snap peas when I have them.

I use a light coating of flour, but do not deep fry for this recipe, so it is figure friendly! I'm estimating on the quantity of the spices - I just kind of add them to a bowl until it tastes good to me! Adjust to suit your taste. Try it with Chinese five spice. I couldn't find my Chinese five spice, so I used Jamaican allspice!
