Dawn's Tuna Burger

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can tuna in water
    1 small dill pickle half only
    1 or 2 black olive chopped
    1 tsp minced onion
    1 egg
    1 tbls Zesty Italian dressing
    1 tbls Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Drain the tuna well and put into a medium bowl. Flake the tuna with a fork then stir in the chopped pickle, olives, and onion. Mix well.

Add the egg and Italian dressing: stir to combine. Add parmesan cheese untli the mixture holds together well enough to form 1 or 2 patties depends on size you want or servings you want.

Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray, and fry the patty over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.


Makes either 1 big patty or 2 small patties.
