D's Chilie Relleno Casserole

Ingredients

    1 C Evaporated Skim Milk
    1 C Egg Beaters
    3 Tbsp Cornstarch
    3 Cans Whole Green Chilies (4oz cans) or more
    2 C Reduce Fat Sargento Mexican Blend Cheese

Directions

Spray deep casserole dish with cooking spray. Beat evaporated milk, egg beaters and cornstarch until smooth. Split open chilies, rinse to remove seeds, then drain on a paper towel.
Alternate layers of chilies, cheese, in casserole dish. Top with egg mixture.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 or until center is done.
