Ingredients

about 2/3 a lb of eye of round
Half a green pepper
Half a red pepper
Half a yellow pepper
Half a medium onion
4 tablespoons of taco seasoning
Directions
Pam spray a pan and saute slices of meat. Saute slices of vegetables and add together with a half a cup of water and tace seasoning. Simmer until thickened. Put in a whole wheat soft taco shell or over some rice. Makes two servings.
