    1 16 oz can refried beans fat free
    1 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
    1 10 oz rotel tomatoes
    1 13 oz can white chicken in broth
    Optional FF cheddar cheese
    Optional: Blue Corn Chips or other

Heat on low, all together until just bubbling. Serve with a Tblsp ff cheddar on top and with chips
