Alfredo egg noodles

Ingredients

    32 oz. extra wide egg noodles
    6 oz. fat free evaporated milk
    4 oz. fat free cream cheese
    1 Tablespoon dried parsley
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    salt / pepper
    3/4 cup pecorino romano cheese, grated
    1 cup reserved pasta water
    1 chicken boullion cube, dissolved

Directions

Boil noodles according to package directions. When draining cooked pasta , reserve a few cups of the pasta water and set aside. Add seasoning to pot, cream cheese, ,milk, and stir in pasta till the cream cheese is melted. Dissolve chicken cube in about a cup of pasta water. Add to mixture. Stir well and add cheese. Add more milk if needed to have a creamy consistency, and salt and pepper to taste.
