Almond Butter-Yogurt Dip

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 ounces fat free Greek Yogurt (1/4 cup)
    2 tablespoons Almond Butter
    1 tablespoon sugar free Apricot preserves (10 calories)

Directions

Makes one serving. May be doubled or tripled if used as a party dip.

Stir together the yogurt, almond butter, and preserves until smooth. May also stir in a touch of ground cinnamon.
