Cool Lite Apple Salad

Introduction

Fresh ingredients tossed in a light sweet tart dressing. Refreshing and yummy. Fresh ingredients tossed in a light sweet tart dressing. Refreshing and yummy.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1.5 cup Fresh apples chopped into bite sized pieces
    1 large banana sliced
    1 cup red seedless grapes
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    1 tbsp Hellmans Light Mayo
    1/2 cup (8 tbsp) cool whip free
    2 tsp granulated sugar
    1/4 cup nonfat milk

Directions

Whisk the mayo, cool whip, sugar and milk together in a small bowl until creamy and smooth. Set aside. In a larger bowl, combine the chopped apples, grapes, banana and walnuts. Pour the whisked dressing over the top and toss lightly to cover. That's it........enjoy. Makes 4 servings, each about 1/2 cup.
