Banana Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

    1 5.3 ounce container nonfat Greek yogurt
    1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (no need to thaw)
    1/2 small banana
    1/2 cup lowfat buttermilk
    1 packet Truvia sweetener if desired

Directions

Place yogurt, blueberries, and banana in blender.
With blender speed on medium-high, slowly pour in buttermilk while blending.
(Add Truvia sweetener if desired.)
Pour into tall glass.
