Chicken Tacos

Introduction

This is my husband's recipe! This is my husband's recipe!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Chicken Thighs (5, boneless-skinless)
    Taco Seasoning (1 packet)
    Water (3 cups)
    Corn Tortillas (10, taco size)
    Iceberg Lettuce (1 cup, shredded or chopped)
    Tomatoes (1 cup, chopped)
    Cheddar Cheese (1 cup, shredded)
    Guacamole (10 Tbsp)

Directions

Crockpot Chicken:
* Mix taco seasoning with water in crockpot
* Add chicken, cover, cook on high 4 hours, or low 8 hours
Tacos:
* Remove chicken from crockpot, leaving cooking juice in pot - set chicken on plate and shred
* Assemble tacos with even amounts of each ingredient inside the corn tortillas
* Serve and Enjoy!
