Vegetarian Pasta Casserole
Introduction

Ingredients

Pasta ( enough for the number of people you'll be serving)
1 Jar of your FAVORITE Pasta Sauce ( I prefer Prego 3 cheese)
1 bag Morning Star Grillers ( not the burger)
2 Soy Sausages Links ( I prefer Morning star brand, but your favorite)
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1/4 cup onion
Shredded cheese
Mixing bowl
Lasagna dish
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Boil water- add pasta. Cook until "Al Dente" drain, set aside
In fry pan, add all other ingredients except cheese- cook until bubbling.
Add pasta and fry pan ingredients in mixing bowl- mix until pasta is completely covered in pasta sauce.
Transfer to lasagna pan ( or 9x11 dish). Top with shredded cheese.
Cook in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
Cool and serve :)
