Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3/4 pound
    Water, tap, 1/3 cup
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium, chopped
    Garlic, 2 Tbsp
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (I used 4 small green onions)
    Italian seasoning, at least 1 Tbsp (if not more for taste)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease 9x13 pan.
Place chicken in pan.
Put tomatoes in with chicken (Don't put too much on chicken, it will lengthen the cooking time).
Mix water, oil, garlic, onions, and italian seasoning in bowl. Dump on top of chicken.

Bake for ~30 minutes until chicken is done. Serve with pasta.
