Chili

Submitted by: CSR2388

Introduction

This is very mild to suit my family. I would probably add chiles, crushed red pepper flakes, or hot sauce if making it just for myself. This is very mild to suit my family. I would probably add chiles, crushed red pepper flakes, or hot sauce if making it just for myself.

Crumble hamburg and saute with peppers, onion, garlic and celery. Drain fat. Add chili powder and tomatoes. simmer 15 minutes.
Add beans and tomato paste. simmer 25 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
