Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

1 16oz Hillshire Farm Turkey Polska Kielbasa, sliced
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 cup onion, sliced
    1/3 cup celery, chopped
    5 large mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 cup zucchini, sliced
1 cup red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 cup green bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
    2 Tbs olive oil
    2 Tbs water

Directions

In a large skillet Med to Med-High heat cook sausage slices until warmed thru and slightly browned. Set aside in a bowl and keep warm. To same pan add olive oil and garlic, cooking for 1 minute. Add celery and onion and cook, stirring occasionally until they begin to turn translucent, about three minutes. Add mushrooms and zucchini and cook for two to five minutes until mushrooms begin to get limp, again stirring occasionally. Add bell pepper and cook for about three minutes, stirring occasionally. Add broccoli and water and quickly cover. Let steam for three minutes. Return sausage to the pan and stir again. Voila!

Six servings, about 1 1/2 cups each. Great paired with your favorite rice.
