Ingredients

    24 medium Oysters, wild, raw, refrigerated
    3 tablespoons Nakano rice vinegar
    1 tablespoon Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    2 teaspoons mirin or rice wine
    2 tablespoons minced leek or green onion, pale green portion only

Directions

1) Reserve the oysters refrigerated until ready to open.
2) Make the sauce by stirring together the vinegar, soy sauce, mirin, and leek or green onion.
3) Open the oysters and arrange on a platter.
4) Spoon about half a teaspoon of the sauce onto each oyster, and serve immediately.
