Taco chicken cassarole

Ingredients

    48 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 can Bush's reduced sodium black beans
    4 tsp taco seasoning
    3 Cups Instant white rice
    6 Tbsp Salsa or picante sauce
    1/2 cup frozen corn
    2 cups part skim mozzarella cheese

Directions

In a 8 X 13 pan pour rice, 3 cups of water ,1 can drained and washed black beans, corn and salas. Mix well. Chop chicken into bite size chunks place in bag with taco seasing and shake then take out and place on top of rice mixture. Cover and bake at 350 for 50 minutes then pull out sprinkle with cheese and place back in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serves 8
