2 cans of Bright Green Curry Sauce (One Can - 14 oz)
4 Cups of Fresh Green Beans (snap)
1 Large Sliced Eggplant, fresh
1 Fresh ly Sliced/Chopped Yellow Pepper
1 1/2 pounds of Chopped Turkey Breast
1 cup of Water
- In a seperate pan cook turkey meat along with yellow pepper.
- Drain green beans and eggplant.
- Heat up green curry sauce in the pot that you used to cook the green beans and eggplant.
- Once sauce has been heated up add the green beans, eggplant, yellow peppers, and turkey.
