Lime Juice, .25 cup
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, .5 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
*Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz)
Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp
1 large bell pepper, cored and cut into strips
1 large onion, cut into strips
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Mix all Marinade ingredients in a large zip lock bag. Add chicken. Massage to distribute marinade. Refridgerate at least 2 years.
Add marinade and chicken to large pan. Heat over med-hi heat. Add onions and peppers. Cook until veggies are tender and chicken is cooked through.
Serve with your choice of extras and your choice of tortilla! YUMMY!
