Ingredients

    1.25 lbs Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
    1 bag - Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
    1 can - Campbells 98% FF Cream of Celery Soup
    1 soup can - Skim Milk
    6 eggs
    12 egg whites
    1 cup Sargento Mild Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Brown the ground turkey sausage (add breakfast type seasoning for flavor)
In a large mixing bowl:
Beat eggs together
Add Soup and Milk to eggs, beat together
Add hash browns, cooked ground turkey, and cheese, mix together
Place in a greased 9x13 glass baking dish
Bake uncovered at 375 for 45 mins
