2 Tbls Bob's Red Mill Soy Flour
2 Tbls Bob's Red Mill Ground Flax meal
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup Diced Onion
Salt to taste
Any other spice you like
Bake for 30 - 35 Minutes.
