Cranberry Chicken

Introduction

My mother gave me this recipe. At first I was scared because I was mixing creamy french dressing with cranberry sauce, but it is so delicious! I serve it over rice and a couple of vegies on the side. My mother gave me this recipe. At first I was scared because I was mixing creamy french dressing with cranberry sauce, but it is so delicious! I serve it over rice and a couple of vegies on the side.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 can of whole berry cranberry sauce
    6 oz. of creamy french dressing
    1 envelope of Lipton's Onion Soup Mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 325. Spray 9X13 cooking dish with Pam. Place chicken breasts in 9X13 cooking dish. Mix the other three ingredients and pour over and around the chicken breasts. Cover dish with foil and cook for 1.5 - 2 hours at 325.

Remove foil, and change oven temp to 375, and continue cooking for another 15 - 30 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
