Claudia's Breaded Baked Chicken Breast

Introduction

I use this coating also for pork chops. You can season according to what you like, I sometimes use poultry seasoning also. I use this coating also for pork chops. You can season according to what you like, I sometimes use poultry seasoning also.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4-3oz chicken breast, skinned
    1 cup buttermilk

    6 Tbsp French's French Fried Onions, crushed
    3/4 cup Great Value Italian bread crumbs
    Garlic powder, black pepper to your taste.

    Mix onion ring, and bread crumbs together with seasoning.
    Slice each breast into 3 pieces. Dip Chicken into buttermilk, and into crumb mixture. Place onto jelly roll pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes until chicken reaches 165.

    3pc's per serving.
