    5 Chicken Breast chopped
    1 cup, diced Celery
    1 cup, chopped Onions
    1/2 cup, chopped Green Peppers
    1 cup, chopped Carrots
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/2 cup slices Waterchestnuts
    1/2 cup Bamboo shoots,
    1 cup Bean sprouts,
    3 cup low sodium chicken broth,
    2 tbsp Corn Starch,
    2 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend,

Directions

cook chicken in large skillet or wok add onions, celery,carrots,and green peppers. Add chicken broth, waterchestnuts,bamboo shoots, mushrooms and bean sprouts. add mrs dash and cornstarch.
