This is the best summer salad and it keeps us buying watermelon well into the fall. Great as a side dish. especially with fish, or a stand alone salad. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 - 4 cups of fresh watermelon
    Some crumbled feta cheese
    As much cilantro as you like
    An ounce of lime juice

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Toss and chill. Then enjoy. Makes 2- 4 servings.
