HCG chicken salad

Introduction

A yummy, nutritious and filling salad (envied by my co-workers!) A yummy, nutritious and filling salad (envied by my co-workers!)
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 oz cooked chicken breast
    2-3 stalks celery
    1 large apple
    1 wedge lemon
    2T cider vinegar
    1 pkt stevia
    1t cinnamon
    1/4t nutmeg
    1/4t cardamom

Directions

Chop apple, celery and cooked chicken into small pieces. Mix cider vinegar, stevia and spices, and lemon juice, pour over mixed vegetable and chicken. Chill.
(I pre-cook a pound of chicken at a time, portion it and store in freezer or fridge so it is handy)

    Very tasty! I altered this recipe to use a small apple and 1 cup of chopped celery -- which changed the calorie count to 187 calories. - 7/2/12
