Ingredients

3 oz cooked chicken breast
2-3 stalks celery
1 large apple
1 wedge lemon
2T cider vinegar
1 pkt stevia
1t cinnamon
1/4t nutmeg
1/4t cardamom
Directions
Chop apple, celery and cooked chicken into small pieces. Mix cider vinegar, stevia and spices, and lemon juice, pour over mixed vegetable and chicken. Chill.
