Butter Beans in water 1 can (234g),
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
0.5 Red Onion, finely chopped
Lemon Juice, 0.5 lemon yields
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp
In a bowl mix together the tomato halves, butter beans and onion.
Toss salad together with the dressing and sprinkle over the thyme to serve.
